At Pretzel Learning, LLC, we believe speech and language resources can be both purposeful and joyful.

We create engaging, therapy-focused materials designed to support speech-language pathologists, assistants, educators, researchers, families, and the students they serve. From the earliest concept, our resources are developed with communication goals in mind, incorporating articulation practice, language development, narrative skills, comprehension, AAC support, and other areas of speech-language intervention into materials children can genuinely enjoy using.

But Pretzel Learning is more than a publisher.

Through our Pretzel Bean Club, clinicians receive opportunities to access exclusive resources, early releases, and materials created specifically for the speech-language community. The Freebie Revolution™ is our commitment to giving back to the professionals who support communication every day while building a community that can help shape what we create next.

Research Dissemination

Valuable research has limited impact if the people who could use it never encounter it.

Pretzel Learning works to help bridge the space between research and everyday practice by translating relevant concepts, strategies, and findings into approachable resources for clinicians, educators, caregivers, and students. Our goal is not to replace the research itself, but to help important ideas move beyond journals and presentations and into practical environments where they can support communication.

Research Collaboration

We also partner with universities, researchers, clinicians, nonprofit organizations, and other professional groups to develop custom materials for research, education, intervention, and community initiatives.

These collaborations may include illustrations, therapy resources, participant or caregiver materials, educational tools, research-support materials, specialized communication resources, and other project-specific deliverables. We approach each collaboration with careful attention to accessibility, cognitive load, cultural relevance, communication needs, and the goals of the organization or research team.

Across all three branches, our philosophy remains the same: materials should be created with purpose.

We are intentional about language, illustration, repetition, sequencing, accessibility, and the student experience. Rather than adapting generic children's content after the fact, we build resources around speech, language, and communication objectives from the beginning.

Pretzel Learning may be a growing company, but that gives us the flexibility to listen closely, collaborate directly, and create thoughtfully. Whether we are developing a storybook for a clinician, helping communicate research to a broader audience, or creating materials for a funded project, our goal is to produce resources that professionals can confidently put into practice and that students will want to engage with.
