The /s/ Blends Minimal Pair Card Game

Designed to help students recognize their /s/ omissions and practice adjusting to correct homophones, this resource is intended to be fun and silly, and it can be used in both group and individual therapy sessions.

This card game works hand in hand with our four /s/ blend storybooks. Namely: Snort the Snail Sees Sparklers, Mister Moseeto Takes a Nap, Stacey and Her Scarf, and Steve’s Steamboat.

/s/ blends, /s/ consonant clusters, articulation and speech sound disorders, compare and contrast, categories, and wh-questions.
